The ITC Story
ITC is not your grandmother’s Pilates class. But it’s inspired by ours.
Born from a love of a good sweat and the endorphin high of an intense workout, ITC brings a fresh perspective to the time-honored practice of Pilates. Our sessions are strength-focused, precise, and intentionally challenging. Designed to build resilience, alignment, and nervous system awareness, both physically and mentally.
At its core, ITC is a family-run, family-inspired movement practice. The name ITC stands for Intensive Training Camp: a title coined in honor of the founders’ grandmother, Nan.
Nan was known for taking in wrestlers who hadn’t yet reached their full potential and pushing them there. With discipline, care, and an unwavering belief in what people were capable of, she helped shape strength, confidence, and grit. She didn’t just train bodies, she built character.
That legacy lives on at ITC.
Guided by Nan’s influence, ITC exists to help people tap into their strength, sharpen their focus, and reach their full potential, ITC style.
